Every CV your team emails, parsed and filed into Invenias.
Forward a CV or resume to one email address and it appears in Invenias — parsed, matched to the right person, attached to the right assignment. No plugin to install. No new workflow to learn. No change to how anyone works.
Including from a phone. Invenias needs a PC; your email does not.

Try it on a real CV, right now
Upload any CV and see exactly what CV Mailroom would create in Invenias — the person, every role, the education, and the CV itself filed against them.
No signup. No card. Nothing is written to Invenias, and your file is deleted the moment the page has its answer.
Three ways a CV can arrive
Just send the CV
No reference, no problem. The candidate is created, or matched to their existing record, and the CV is attached to their profile. Speculative CVs and referrals get captured instead of sitting in someone's inbox.
A reply to your advertising
Put the assignment reference in the subject line and the CV is attached to that assignment automatically, with the candidate created or updated as needed. The consultant never opens Invenias.
An application from Invenias advertising
Applications carry an assignment identifier. CV Mailroom reads it and files the application against the correct assignment, recognising that the sender is the applicant rather than a colleague forwarding something.
What lands in Invenias
A person record, parsed from the CV. Created new, or matched to the person already on file.
The CV itself, under its original filename, with any cover letter or other attachments alongside it.
A journal note on every record it touches — person, programme or assignment — saying the CV came in through CV Mailroom. Nothing appears in your database without an explanation of how it got there.
A programme to land in. CVs that arrive without a reference are added to a programme you nominate, so speculative CVs and referrals are somewhere findable rather than loose in the database.
When the CV came from an advertisement, two more things happen:
The candidate added to that assignment, matched from the reference in the subject line or the identifier in the application.
The source recorded on the person record, so you can see where they came from.
Invenias has AI search now, and it can only find what somebody has already put in. Every CV that never got filed is a candidate your own database will tell you that you do not have.

Built to be trusted with your database
It never guesses. Before creating anyone, the system looks for an exact match on email address. If it finds one, the CV goes on that record. If it does not, a new record is created. It will not merge on a maybe — a wrongly merged record is far more damaging than a duplicate, and much harder to unpick.
You always know when something did not work. A watchdog checks that everything which arrived actually reached Invenias and re-queues anything that did not. If a CV genuinely cannot be read — password-protected, or a scan with no text layer — your administrator is told, with the original file attached. The candidate is never contacted.
Credentials stay out of the surname. Parsers routinely mistake the letters after a name for the surname itself, so a chartered engineer becomes a person surnamed “CPEng”. CV Mailroom recognises professional credentials and clerical titles, puts them in their own fields and restores the real surname. Those records would otherwise be unfindable by name.

Pricing
Professional
Billed monthly in the currency you choose. See full pricing →
And if you go over, you are topped up automatically
Reach your monthly allowance and we add 100 CVs straight away, tell you, and invoice separately. The credits carry forward, so you have simply paid early for capacity you were going to need.
If you would rather approve every charge yourself, switch automatic top-up off and we will pause and ask instead. Your administrator chooses.
How you start
Sign up
Your free month starts once we have finished connecting, not when you sign up, so none of it is spent waiting for us. It includes 30 days and 100 CV imports, whichever comes first.
Your Invenias administrator creates one user
One five-minute task in Invenias. We send step-by-step instructions, and we will walk you through it if your screen looks different. There is no Invenias licence cost for this user. Once it is done, we finish at our end, usually the same working day.
Tell your team the email address
The address to send CVs and resumes to. That is the whole rollout — nothing to install, and nothing for them to learn.
Start here
Sign up and we will send your setup instructions, usually the same working day. Once your administrator has created the user, we finish at our end and your free month starts, when it is connected and working, not when you sign up.
Your free month includes 100 CV imports in total. Your dashboard shows how many are left and when the month ends, and we email you when you are getting close. If you run out part way through testing, reply and we will add a few more, or pick a plan and carry straight on with no break.
Questions
Every import is logged and visible in your portal, showing the match decision that was made. The original email is retained, so anything can be checked against what actually arrived.
Per-client data separation, encrypted credentials, masked logging, EU hosting and named subprocessors. The detail is on our security page.
You are warned as you approach it. If automatic top-up is on, we add 100 CVs and carry on. If it is off, processing pauses and the portal prompts you — nothing is lost either way.
No. CV Mailroom sits alongside Invenias and uses your existing setup. It does not replace your licence or change your configuration.
Bullhorn's other ATS product does have an email-in parser. It has not been brought across to Invenias.
Only the administrator you nominate. Consultants are not copied, and candidates are never contacted about a processing problem.
Yes. Forwarding is forwarding — it works from any mail client on any device.
We check that Invenias is reachable before each cycle. If it is not, mail is left unread and imported when service returns — so a maintenance window at your supplier does not become missing data at your end.
Every email is archived after processing and the archive is only ever copied from, so for as long as we hold it the original still exists and we can reprocess it for you. We keep it for three months. Retention and deletion are set out on our security page.
Ready when you are
The free month starts when we connect it to your Invenias — usually the same working day, not the moment you sign up. Prefer to talk first? Book the call: no preparation needed, and we will show you it running on a real CV.
